Measurement of photometric properties of light sources and luminaires

NBB Bohemia s.r.o. Is a company with long-term tradition, experience and qualified personnel. Since September 2016 we have new high-quality laboratory equipment. We are an independent subject and we offer you an impartial measurement of the photometric properties of light sources and luminaires.

Laboratory equipment

PHOTOSPECTROMETER 

Technical description: Devices with diameters of 300 mm and 2000 mm. Photospectrometer is a laboratory device that, in its shape and special interior finish, provides the maximum reflection of the light energy generated by the measured source on the evaluation sensor. Enables precise measurement of the properties of lamps or luminaires up to a size of 1700 mm. The output is connected to special devices and to the computer for evaluation of the measured data. The measurement output is a test report in pdf format. We measure the preheated or cold sample state according to the client's wishes. Measuring range: Visible spectrum 400–800 nm.

The photospectrometer is used for these tasks:

• Measurement of light sources (LEDs, bulbs, fluorescent lamps, lamps …)
• Measurement of efficiency and luminous flux of luminaires
• Measurement of general electrical parameters
• Measurement of CCT, CRI (Ra), determination of energy efficiency
• Measurement of CIE colorimetric parameters
• Measurement of wavelength in the range 400–800 nm (visible spectrum)
• Measurement of the specific power (lm / w) and power factor (PF)

Technical standards :  EN 13032–1 +A1 (360456), EN 13032–1:2004+A1:2012
Calibration: The instrument is calibrated using certified standards at prescribed intervals.

The accuracy of the instrument is measured +/- 10 lm (lumen).

PHOTO GONIOMETR

Technical description: A highly accurate computer-controlled measuring system for detecting the luminaire's ambient light characteristics. Technical parameters: Measuring range of luminous flux 0 .. 600 kcd Measurement accuracy +/- 2% Set the position horizontally 0° .. 360° Positioning vertically 0° .. 360° Positioning step 0,01° Max. Sample weight 30 kg

Calibration: The instrument is calibrated using certified standards at prescribed intervals.
The output of the measurement is the test report in pdf format and IES or LDT files.
